All products listed on our website are subject to stock availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible, and offer an alternative product. A refund will be given on request where you have already paid for the goods.

Returns Policy and Procedure

  1. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and fit for immediate resale. If you have a change of mind and simply wish to return goods, please contact us within 14 days after receipt of goods. All items must returned in a resalable condition, in their original packaging and include all the relevant paperwork. Items may not be returned without a return authorization number.

  2. We regret we cannot entertain claims for missing or damaged goods which have not been notified in writing within 3 days of the date of delivery, irrespective of whoever has signed for the goods, at the consignment delivery point. This is necessary due to the very short period of time we have to claim against carriers for damage in transit, therefore your co-operation is vital in your own interest.

  3. Should you need to return items for any reason, please contact our helpline as soon as possible and we will be happy to assist.


Please allow up to 28 days for your account to be credited. Please note we must test and inspect all faulty products, refunds or replacements for a faulty product may take up to 10 working days

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Sean TV Direct, you may return your item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund of the purchase price (less shipping & handling charges or processing fees).
